1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the KI-Dispatcher software ("Software"), you accept these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use the Software.

2. Licences and Permissions

KI-Dispatcher is licensed, not sold. A licence is issued for one computer (one dispatcher workstation) and is tied to the selected plan:

  • Lite: roster, drivers, vehicles, plans, travel orders, rule checks and the company's own rulebook
  • Pro: everything in Lite plus the Android app for drivers, statistics, map view and AI analytics of the roster
  • Enterprise: everything in Pro plus the tourism module

Prices, payment, cancellation and refunds are described in the License Agreement.

3. Usage Restrictions

You are not allowed to:

  • Redistribute or sell the Software
  • Reverse engineer the Software
  • Remove or modify copyright notices
  • Use the Software for illegal activities

4. Ownership and Copyright

KI-Dispatcher and all of its components are the property and copyright of the provider KI-Dispatcher or its licensors. All rights reserved.

5. Updates and Maintenance

Regular updates and maintenance are included in the license price. We reserve the right to:

  • Issue mandatory security updates
  • Add new features
  • Modify existing features
  • Provide technical support according to license terms

6. Termination of Use

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Use
  • Do not pay license fees
  • Misuse the Software

In case of termination, your license will be immediately suspended. For any complaints, contact us via email: support@ki-dispatcher.pro.

7. Limitation of Liability

KI-Dispatcher is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages that may arise from the use of the Software. The Software is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding its usability.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina. In case of a dispute, the court in Sarajevo has jurisdiction.
