Information about KI-Dispatcher software licensing

License Types

2.1. Lite — €29 per month

  • Automatic monthly duty roster
  • Checks against rules, working and rest time
  • Drivers, vehicles, plans and holiday planning
  • Travel orders generated from the roster (PDF)
  • Your company's own rulebook

2.2. Pro — €49 per month

  • Everything in Lite, plus:
  • Android app for drivers
  • Statistics and reports: working hours, kilometres, utilisation
  • Map view
  • AI analytics of the roster

2.3. Enterprise — €99 per month

  • Everything in Pro, plus:
  • Tourism module: tour plans, schedules and reservations

All plans include: unlimited drivers and vehicles, updates and email support. One licence covers one computer.

License Terms

3. Payment Terms

  • Monthly subscription, billed in advance and renewed automatically until cancelled.
  • Prices are stated exclusive of VAT. Payment by card through our payment partner Polar (Merchant of Record), which issues the invoice and adds VAT according to the customer's country; businesses with a valid EU VAT ID do not pay VAT (reverse charge).
  • Cancel at any time, effective at the end of the paid month, at no extra charge.
  • Refund on request within the first 14 days after the first payment.
  • A free 30-minute demo on demo data is available before purchase.

To cancel the subscription or request a refund, contact us by email: support@ki-dispatcher.pro. We process requests without delay and at the latest within 14 days. After payment: activate your licence.

5. Technical Support

Support is provided by email (support@ki-dispatcher.pro) and through the contact form. Additional support commitments can be agreed in an individual contract.

6. Contract Termination

The contract can be terminated in the following cases:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of terms of use
  • Cancellation of the subscription by the customer
  • Cessation of business
