About KI-Dispatcher

KI-Dispatcher is dispatch and duty-roster planning software for bus operators. It is built for companies in urban, suburban and regional transport, charter and contract services, and school and staff transport that coordinate drivers, vehicles and shifts every day.

What the system does

  • Automatically builds the monthly duty roster by city and shift, distributing the load evenly, for example Sunday and night shifts.
  • Checks every roster against the company's own rules and the statutory limits on working and rest time. A shift that breaks a rule is not published until the dispatcher resolves it or deliberately approves it.
  • Manages drivers, vehicles and holiday planning, and supports quick re-planning when a driver drops out at short notice.
  • Creates travel orders from the approved roster and prepares the data for payroll (export for bookkeeping or the tax advisor).
  • Sends roster changes to drivers' mobile phones through an app (Pro and Enterprise plans).
  • Provides overviews and key figures on working hours, kilometres driven and utilisation.

How it works

  • 1. Rulebook. The company enters its own working and payroll rules once.
  • 2. Draft. The system proposes a roster and flags every conflict.
  • 3. Approve and publish. The dispatcher approves the roster and drivers receive it directly on their phones (Pro and Enterprise plans).

Editions and audience

KI-Dispatcher is available in the Lite, Pro and Enterprise editions and can be used in German, Bosnian and English. The offering is directed exclusively at businesses (B2B).
